Michelle Terry's Winter season is redressing the balance with this collection of short plays by some of the most exciting female playwrights around. 'Dark Night of the Soul' responds to the idea of the Faustian pact, something that's central to both 'Doctor Faustus' and 'Macbeth'. Individual dramas will be performed around the Globe's run of 'Faustus', and there's also the chance to see them all in one go at special 'anthology' performances. Authors include Lily Bevan, Athena Stevens, Lisa Hammond and Rachael Spence, Katie Hims and Amanda Wilkin.
